"Bringing The Excitement Back Into Photo Day!"

Tri-State Sports Photography is honored to be the photographer for the Mars Area Soccer Club. I am Daniel Lonchena, the owner of Daniel Paul Photography as well as Tri State Sports. We are known for creating picture day for youth sports and schools using our green screen technology. If you've seen our work before, in person or on Facebook, then you've seen we provide you with the most up to date and amazing graphics for all of your photos along with a wide range of specialty items to choose from.

DATE:..............SEPTEMBER 21ST

TIME:...............7:30 AM to 12 Noon

  • Players may take their photos at ANY TIME during this period. However, we recommend taking your photo BEFORE your game. They'll be less sweaty that way. ;)

LOCATION:....Mars Area High School Gymnasium

  • Please note the Mars Area High School Marching Band will likely be practicing in the High School side parking lot. There will be plenty of parking around them.

UNIFORM:......Players are asked to wear their NAVY uniform for photos. Players may change into their gold uniforms, if necessary, after their photo.

  • Please DO NOT wear your cleats into the gym.
  • You do not need to bring your soccer ball will with you. The photographer will have prop balls for photos.

VIRTUAL TEAM PHOTOS! Tri-State Sports Photography will create "virtual" team photos of each of our teams by compositing each of our players individual photos into one awesome shot of the whole team. So,... PLEASE PLAN TO HAVE YOUR PHOTO TAKEN EVEN IF YOU AREN'T PLANNING TO BUY A PACKAGE.

The procedure for this year is as follows...

  • THERE ARE NO ORDER FORMS THIS YEAR: All orders will be processed online.
  • TAKE YOUR PHOTO BEFORE YOUR GAME: The Photo Stations will open at 7:30 AM. Players are asked to arrive for their photos ONE HOUR before their game. This will give you time to check in, get your photo, then get to your game in time for warm-up. Remember, lots of other kids will taking their pictures, too. So be sure to leave yourself enough time.

QUESTION: Can we take our photos AFTER our game? Yes, our photographers will be set up until at least 11:30 AM. If you are unable to take your photos before your game, you're welcome to have them taken after.
  • CHECK-IN: On picture day you will check in at registration desk.
  • GET YOUR QR CODE: Once you are registered you will receive a paper that contains a QR CODE as well as code to access your gallery.
  • SAVE YOUR QR CODE: Please take a picture of your QR code with your phone. You will need this information to access your pictures. (This way if your paper gets lost you will have a backup)
  • PHOTO TIME! Your player will take this paper to the photographer. Once they have their pictures taken the paper will be returned to you. At this time please scan the QR CODE with your phone. It will prompt you to follow a few simple steps and by doing this you will be notified when your gallery is ready for viewing and ordering.
  • GREEN SCREENS: All pictures are taken on a green background but when you view the gallery the pictures will be fully edited. YOU WILL BE VIEWING THE FINISHED PRODUCT.
  • CROPPING PICTURES! When placing order the program will prompt you to add the correct crop to the size you order. Please note that the customer is responsible to place the crop. This is how the company prints your pictures.
  • SHIPPED TO HOME: All pictures and products will be shipped to your address.
  • YOUR GALLERY: Your gallery will be posted for three weeks.
  • FREE SHIPPING FOR THE FIRST TWO DAYS OF ORDERING! Order the first two days and take advantage of our free shipping. After that time there will be a small shipping fee.

Thank you,
Daniel Lonchena

Are You Getting All our Emails?
by posted 08/16/2019

DON'T MISS A SHOT!  LET YOUR EMAIL KNOW WE'RE ON THE SAME TEAM! Staying in touch with each other is really important to us! Whether it's our periodic newsletters, practice and game schedule updates, weather alerts, skills clinic announcements, registration updates, or anything else, we want to make sure that you're up to date and that you know what's going on. Our website (http://www.marssoccer.org) and our Facebook page (https://www.facebook.com/marssoccer/) are both important ways we can make general announcements. But email remains our primary means of communicating with everyone. When we need to be in touch with you directly, or when we need to make sure everyone sees something really important, there's just no substitute for a good ole' email.

And we use email a lot! So, if you haven't heard from us in a while, it might mean something's not working right, and that our email isn't getting through. You might be missing important email from us because, instead of showing up in your "Inbox", they're being sent to your "Spam" or "Junk Mail" folders. This is especially common for Gmail, Yahoo, Hotmail and Outlook.com addresses. Fortunately, this problem is pretty easy to fix. Usually with just a couple of clicks you can make sure that everything from the Mars Area Soccer Club goes where it's supposed to go - to your inbox!  So, here's how you can you let your email know we're on the same team!

SETTING UP A "WHITE LIST" Setting up a "White List" will ensure that you see everything from the Mars Area Soccer Club,... and anyone else you want, too. Exactly how you go about this depends on what type of email you're using. To make it easy, we've gathered instructions for most of the email providers out there. Just click your email provider below for instructions on how to "white list" email from the club.
